According to a recent Forbes article, planning a conference is like planning a party. You put in the work so people can come together and have fun (in a controlled environment). Designing a virtual conference in the digital era, especially during a pandemic, requires adequate planning and fair use of the right technology to make it useful and fun.
Complete Technology Solutions was thrilled to partner with Avanti Residential and provided the technology and expertise to help make their inaugural 2-day virtual leadership conference a total success - most notably, FUN! While maintaining social distance practices and avoiding large groups, CTS helped create a virtual viewing venue for Avanti’s multi-state leadership teams in Colorado and Arizona. CTS provided rental laptops, projector screens, and portable wifi cellular routers at all the venue locations to ensure viewers and participants are connected. CTS converted the clubhouses and meeting spaces of The Flats at Pinecliff, The Economist, and the Lydian into virtual conference meeting locations for local leadership and management teams. As you can see from the photos, it was an engaging and fun experience for everyone involved!
